So I guess I tricked some people into believing that I actually cook and posted a goulash recipe on my last entry so I found a few for ya'll! haha! Here ya go! Enjoy!
EASY BEEF GOULASH
1 lb. ground beef, seasoned
2 c. water
1 env. dry onion soup mix
3 c. uncooked noodles, wide ones are best
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Crumble ground beef in 2 quart glass casserole dish. Microwave high uncovered 5-6 minutes or until meat is set. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave (high) 14-16 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring twice 4-5 minutes more.
EASY MACARONI GOULASH
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, sliced or
2 tbsp. instant onion
1/2 c. (1 med.) chopped green pepper, if desired
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 1/2 c. (1 lb. 13 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 c. (6-8 oz.) macaroni, uncooked
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
In large fry pan or Dutch oven, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat. Add onion and green pepper; continue frying until tender. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes until macaroni is tender.
EASY BEEF GOULASH
1 to 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. uncooked noodles
2 1/2 c. water1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet. Add ground beef and brown lightly. Drain off excess fat. Sprinkle noodles over the meat.
Combine water, tomato sauce and onion soup mix. Pour over noodles but do not stir. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat to moderate-low. Simmer about 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir and serve.
