Please pray for my nephew!

My nephew that just turned 4 on the 18th of Sept. has been throwing up since Monday night. My sister finally took him to the doctor yesterday (Wednesday) after realizing that this "bug" wasn't going away. He was a little lethargic when they got there but after some pop sickles he seemed to be doing better. My sister and the nurse were talking and they were getting ready to leave when he went from being his normal self, to falling asleep. This is NOT like him. He is the hardest kid to put to sleep. They said his body just went lifeless. The nurse told my sister that they weren't going anywhere and that he was dehydrated. They hooked him up to IV fluids for a few hours and they were sent home with the iv catheter still in. They went back today and he was STILL dehydrated and when they push on his belly, he screams. They seem to think it could be his appendix and could be sending him to Children's Hospital. Please, Please, Please pray that he's okay!

On another note, please also pray for my Nanny. She had a mammogram 4 months ago and they found a few calcium deposits. She just went back for her follow up and said they hadn't grown any and was told to go back in another 4 months. The hospital just called my mom because they couldn't find my Nanny's number. My mom told them that if it's bad news that would worry my Nanny to wait to call until after my Pop got home. The lady said she would wait...which means it's bad news. Keep her in your prayers as well. She had either ovarian or uterine cancer a few years ago and my Pop just finished his chemo from Lymphoma a few months ago. ***Update*** Apparently, the doctor gave my Nanny good news that the spots hadn't changed but the more the doctor looked at them, the more she second guessed herself and wants to do a biopsy. My Nanny is terrified of getting the biopsy done so hopefully they can talk her into it.

Aw, poor baby. We'll definitely pray for him. That would be so scary! We'll pray for your Nanny too. I know she is going through a lot and I hate unanswered questions!

Prayers to your nephew *and* Nanny. I hope they pull through and feel the strength their family and friends are sending!
